BBQ September 21st 2024 - Get ready, get ready, get ready! September 21 is coming and we will be having a fall BBQ on the grounds of Balzac United Church! All are welcome! Don't miss out on this fun opportunity to meet church and community friends, play games and eat good food!

The following are a list of ``before, during, and after`` volunteer opportunities for this event:
- Food & Drink pick up (from grocery store/warehouse prior to the event)
- Food prep for grillers and condiment station
- Set up (bbqs, tables, lawn games, etc)
- Take down (same as above)
- BBQ griller
- Food servers
- Drink station support
- Parking attendants
- Trash managers
- Lawn games facilitators
- Facepainters
- Hospitality support (greeting, helping to answer questions or direct individuals, general support helping to ensure our guests have a great time!)

We hope you will invite, attend, and participate in this exciting outreach opportunity for our community and as three unique churches collaborating as one!
