We will be having our sale again this year. The date is Saturday, Oct. 22nd, 2022. Set up will be on Friday, Oct, 21st. We are asking everyone to start collecting items you would like to put into the sale. Please bring it to the Hall on Friday afternoon, Oct. 21st. We ask you NOT bring it to the church yet. We do not have the space to store everything. There will be more information coming soon regarding what we can and cannot take. Bake Sale Items: Just a friendly reminder to drop off your baked goods on Friday, October 21 from 3.00 to 7:oo pm at the Balzac Hall or before 9:00 am Saturday. Please mark “contains nuts” if your baking has them. If you have questions please call Moya Sundquist at (403)948-7018.
We are looking for Volunteers to help set up and price on Friday, take in the cash on Saturday and help clean up on Saturday. Any help is very much appreciated.
We ask that you bring your donations directly to the Hall on Friday, Oct. 21st from 3 pm to 7 pm. We ask that you DO NOT bring them to the church prior to the Friday, because we do not have the space to store them and it also means that we then we still have to move them to the hall.
Please pass this information on to any friends or family members that may want to donate some items and also want to come and support the sale.

art work, craft supplies (including but not limited to; fabric, yarn, paper crafts, scrapbooking tools and supplies)
purses
luggage
office supplies
*There will be a separate table for jewelry and Collectables (Vintage)
UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS – large furniture, electronics such as TV’s, DVD players, computer equipment, stereos, radios, speakers, mattresses, cribs, car seats, booster seats and helmets.
