Our programs can’t run without the tremendous efforts of volunteers. We are currently in need of volunteers to help
with the following:

The Sunday school is looking for subs for the following dates: March 9, March 16, April 6, May 4,and May 25. If you are available to teach on any of these dates, please contact Angela Wigglesworth at 587-229-3878. Lesson plans and materials will be provided, and you are guaranteed to have fun!
Thank you to the BUC/AUC family. On Wednesday, the youth group delivered all the backpacks and hygiene kits to the Mustard Seed in Red Deer and they were extremely grateful for your donation. “The Seed” filled their 45 shelter beds to 97% capacity for 2024 and gives out 800 sandwiches per day through their school lunch program. The youth group is excited about the possibility of going back to the Mustard Seed to volunteer for an evening preparing and serving food and coffee to the Mustard Seed guests. More info to come.
Schedule:
Sunday, April 27: Camping Sunday. The kids & youth will be outside during Sunday school. We will be celebrating camping Sunday with songs, skits, treats and more. *Please dress for the weather.
Sunday, May 4: Miss Angela is away today. Sunday school will be led by Kirsten Harrison.

Sunday, May 18: Victoria Day weekend – No Sunday school.
May 22: Blessings to Brooke and Isaac who are both graduating today!
May 23: Blessings to Malin who is graduating today!
Sunday, May 25: Miss Angela is away today. We are looking for a Sunday school volunteer for this date.
Sunday, June 1: Grad celebration during the service. Please join us for cake following the service.
Saturday, June 7: Youth group trip to West Ed. Waterpark!
Sunday, June 8: Pentecost Sunday – kids and youth will be outside exploring with kites and other flying things, how the spirit moves in and among us. *Dress for the weather.
Sunday, June 15: Happy Fathers’ Day! Youth- please arrive by 9:30 to help set up for our Father’s day tailgating celebration.
Saturday, June 21: kids & youth service rehearsal from 10-noon at BUC. *Please bring any costumes and props you’ve been asked to provide on rehearsal day.
Sunday, June 22: Kids-led service. Last day of Sunday school until September.
