Our annual general meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 1, 2020 after the church service.
Please join us and provide your input to the selection of new board members for open positions and approval of the budget for 2020. After the “hard work” at the meeting, we will share time together as a community with a potluck lunch.
For your reference, I have attached the AGM report for 2019 as well as the minutes for our Congregational Meeting on July 21, 2019 to approve the expense of the new water system. Please review prior to the meeting and bring your questions and concerns. Some printed copies of the report and meeting minutes will be available at the church if your are unable to print off a copy yourself
